- 2+ years game production, marketing and operation experience including production or publishing of online game titles - Prior project management of large scale projects covering multiple disciplines - Experience conveying ideas and concepts to team members with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience working in a fast paced, technology driven environment - Proven track record of working with external game development teams (working with foreign development resources a plus) on two or more titles - Leadership experience, specifically in small teams and growing other team members into larger roles through delegation |
